With a background in both administrative leadership and direct clinical practice, Janet supports teams in navigating complex client needs, strengthening best practices, and maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Her collaborative approach fosters growth, accountability, and confidence among staff, while her administrative oversight ensures that services remain both effective and sustainable.

Josh Rivkin CSWA
Joshua Rivkin is a compassionate social worker and case manager who holds Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) credentials and graduated with his master’s in Social Work at George Fox University. He is deeply committed to authenticity and personalized care, believing that meaningful change begins with genuine connection. Joshua takes the time to truly understand each client’s unique story, challenges, and strengths, creating a foundation of trust and collaboration.
With years of experience navigating the complexities of a fractured system, Joshua has worked and volunteered in numerous homeless shelters and interned at the Crisis Center in Washington County.
